"I love technology..." -Kip.

Think back to life..without your cell phone. Do you know anyone any more that doesn't have one? Remember when the norm was calling someones house phone and hoping they were there to pick it up?
I got my first cell phone right out of high school, a graduation gift I think? It was a trusty little Nokia. No texting. Just some basic calling-but boy did I feel connected. :). A few years later I moved and lived on the East Coast where a cell phone hardly ever worked (and lets just be honest...they still really don't there.) So, I went back to the land line.
Sometimes I miss the good old days.
But most days, I am really thankful to be able to at the push of a button call friends, family..see photos, read blogs, check email (wow another phenomenon..remember when we had to use pen and paper and wait for weeks at a time? Still love those snail mail letters..and then remember when dial up just for email came around? And then AOL online..haha.) ..anyway, now we do it all on a little tiny square.
Technology. We live in an incredible time of high connectedness.
But I still love when I unplug.
Good night.
