A post of random tidbits from Winter Quarter so far.

Hello from SNOWY land! It's 0 out at the moment, so it's just a little chilly.
We are into week 5 already here of the winter quarter. The Compassion DTS has 28 students that have just made final decisions about their outreach--17 will be going to Colombia and the rest to Latvia & Romania. We also have the Boarders DTS who will be taking off to Thailand, Mexico and Turkey & Romania.
The teams going to Romania will be working with one of the bases that my team worked with while we were there! I am so glad they are going to be able to go and invest some more in that community.
In other news,
I have a new roommate. My lovely friend Stacy is currently at our Mountain campus and then moving on to other things in March. But below is Sarah- She's great! She moved in last week. Yup, she is as fun as she looks :-)

Also, we have been getting creative this quarter with Kingdom Night because it's been so cold. Last week we spent a couple of hours in the mall and this past week we did Worship and Intercession for the city while some of the staff/students went out and talked to people in coffee shops. It's so much fun to go to the "ordinary" places and just ask God who He wants to bless, to know about Him, to be healed, etc. When we walk into a place aware that the Spirit of God is present with us, we see through different lenses.
